Grindstone Sharpening Services sharpens all types of knives.  Our standard process for sharpening knives is a high speed dry honing process that sharpens both sides of the knife at the same time.  This process removes very little material from the knife.  For knives that have small chips in the blade or need to be ground down, we offer a water cooled wheel process.  Sharpening on a water cooled wheel keeps the temper of the steel and produces a very sharp edge.  If you would like water-cooled wheel sharpening select "yes."  If the tip of your knife is broken and needs to be ground to be re-tipped, select "yes" for "re-tipped."
